A COMPREHENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM TREATING ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUG ADDICTIONS
Adults 18 and Over
 
Led by licensed professionals with over 20 years of experience treating substance abuse and alcoholism.
 
HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm for six weeks

SIX-WEEK RECOVERY PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

• Small, confidential therapy setting and groups
• Skills to build a solid foundation for recovery
• How to manage cravings, triggers, and situations regarding substance abuse
• Family support and education to start healing from the addiction
• Help with underlying issues and condition, i.e. anxiety, depression, family conflict
• Accountability and support for staying clean and sober long term
• Individualized treatment plans -- further structure/support added if needed
• Developing non-chemical coping skills to manage life and stressors
• Relapse prevention palnning and education
• Learning how to develop and maintain health relationships
